Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner is claiming his right on the ground that
his case is squarely covered with the judgment rendered by the
Coordinate Bench of this Court in case of Bheru Lal & Ors. Vs.
State of Rajassthan & Anr. passed in S.B. Civil Writ Petition
No.4440/1999 decided on 25.03.2009.
In this view of the matter, the petitioner is hereby
permitted to file representation alongwith certified copy of the
said order to the respondents. Upon filing such representation,
the respondents are directed to decide the representation of the
petitioner in the light of the said judgment within a period of two
months from the date of filing representation.
With the above observation/direction, this writ
petition is disposed of.
