Taking into consideration that the name of the petitioner

came in this case in confessional statement of Raju Sharma who has

already been granted privilege of bail by this Court, let the petitioner,

namely, Ramanand Mandal be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds

of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each,

to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Araria in connection with Narpatganj

(Fulkaha) P.S. Case No. 190 of 2006.
