Mr.Vijay
Rawal for Mr.Ashok N.Parmar, learned advocate for the appellant sates
that both the sides are agreeable for referring the matter to the
Mediation Centre of the High Court since this is a matrimonial
dispute and they are hopeful that the matter may be settled between
the husband and wife.

In
view of the above, the present matter is refereed to the Mediation
Centre. Matter be listed, in case a settlement is not arrived
at.
