ORAL
ORDER

(Per
: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE KS JHAVERI)

1. This
matter has been listed on the revised board. Learned advocate for
the appellant is not present. The matter is of the year 2005 and
hence is taken up peremptorily.

2. We
have heard Mr. S.A. Qureshi, learned advocate for the respondents.
The petitioner herein has prayed to direct the respondents to release
the increment of the petitioner pursuant to the directions issued by
the Central Administrative Tribunal and as confirmed by this Court as
per the appointment order of the petitioner dated 21.08.2003.

3. We
are of the opinion that the prayer seeking directions for
implementation of the order of the Tribunal is misconceived and
should be made before the Tribunal. The appropriate remedy for the
petitioner is to file appropriate proceedings before the Tribunal.
Petition is, therefore, not entertained and is dismissed accordingly.
Rule is discharged.
