6. 28.9.2011. In this batch of writ petitions, although

notice issued to the respondent no.7 M/s Globrin
System & Solutions Ltd. was served in ten of the
cases out of 34 cases, but notice returned
unserved in the rest 24 cases.
In that view of the matter, this court by
order dated 10.8.2011 directed the cases in
which notices issued had returned unserved, to
be listed together with the cases in which the
notice had been duly served on the private
respondent no.7 who has filed his appearance
through a counsel, namely, Mr. Chakradhari
Sharan Singh.
All the cases have been listed pursuant
to the office note regarding non service of
notice.
Mr. Amit Kumar Singh, learned counsel, on
instructions of Mr. Chakradhari Sharan Singh,
learned counsel appearing for the respondent
no.7, in 10 of the 34 cases, submits that
although he has appeared through Vakalatnama in
ten cases, he would be informing the respondent
no.7 regarding the rest of the 24 cases advising
him for filing his appearance in the remaining
cases.
In view of the said submissions, the
notice issued to respondent no.7 in the rest of

the 24 cases in which it has returned unserved,
shall be deemed to have been served through his
learned counsel namely, Mr. Chakradhari Sharan
Singh.
Office to proceed accordingly.
