counsel, Mr. Ram Kishore Sinha, appearing on

behalf of the appellant in this Appeal has died since

more than 5 years ago. No other counsel is

appearing on behalf of the appellant.

In such view of the matter, the office is

directed to issue notice to the appellant giving

information about the death of his Advocate and to

appoint a fresh Advocate, if so advised and put up

thereafter.
