7. 24.06.2011 It appears that on 9.1.2009 on the
prayer of the appellant four weeks’ time was
granted to file talbana etc. of Rs.6.75 paise
for issuance of appeal notice on respondent
Nos. 1 to 7 but more than one and half year
have passed the said order has not been
complied with by the appellant. Accordingly,
it is directed that if the appellant will not
comply the said order by filing talbana etc.
of Rs.6.75 paise for issuance of appeal notice
on respondent Nos. 1 to 7 within next one week
from today, the appeal shall stand dismissed
against the concerned respondents.
