1. In this matter, the applicant has filed this correction application
no.68159/2010 to correct the order dated 8.7.2010.

2. In paragraph no. 2 of the order dated 8.7.2010, in the third line, in place of
the word ‘deceased ‘, the word ‘victim ‘ may be read.

3. The order dated 8.7.2010 stands modified accordingly.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the correction application is allowed.
