21.09.2011 counsel for the State has filed show cause

on behalf of opposite party nos.2 to 5, which was

affirmed on 28.09.2011, but copy whereof has been

served on the counsel for the petitioner in the Court

just few moment earlier. In such circumstances,

counsel for the petitioner is not ready to argue the

matter and prays for pass over.

Let counsel for the State pay a cost of

Rs.500/- to the petitioner.

Put up tomorrow(13.10.2011) at 10.30
