This is an application to substitute the heirs of petitioner no. 1 who passed
away on 13.5.2009. The application is within time.

I have heard Sri R.K.Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant and Sri Rajesh
Gupta learned counsel for the respondent.

There is no substantial opposition to the substitution application. The
substitution application is allowed.

Let the necessary heirs be brought on the record in the array of parties by the
office within a period of two weeks.
