It is urged in spite of direction by the District Magistrate, the respondent no. 5
is continuing the construction of Junior High School on the land reserved of
public purpose.
The respondent no. 5 is directed to stop the construction of Junior High
School which has been made on public utility land on Plot No. 209-Sa
situated at village Dheki Bhadaira, Block Nidhauli Kala, Tehsil and District
Etah.
