The allegations contained in the affidavit cannot be said to be covered by
Civil Contempt. It would however be open to the applicant to draw
appropriate proceedings as per allegations contained in the affidavit which in
the opinion of the Court would be covered by the Criminal Contempt.

Application is accordingly dismissed.
