3. 09.02.2011 From the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite
party Nos. 5 & 7 it is submitted that the opposite party
No.5 is unable to take a final decision in the matter in view
of the pendency of the matter before the Vigilance
Department since it had made a raid on 12.3.2009.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to add
the Vigilance Commissioner, Vigilance Department, Bihar
by name as opposite party No.8 to the contempt application
by 14th February, 2011. Let a copy of this contempt
application be served upon learned Special P.P. appearing
for the Vigilance Department by 15th February, 2011 by
learned counsel for the petitioner.
Let a show cause be filed by the newly added
opposite party within two weeks from today.
