Today,
it was requested by learned Advocate Mr.Panchal for Respondent No.2
that the matter may be taken up.

However,
in the second sitting, learned Advocate Mr. P.H.Pathak for the
Applicants has stated that some accommodation may be granted as
learned Senior Counsel Mr.P.M.Thakkar is appearing and has just left,
to which learned Advocate Mr. Panchal has no objection.
