Mr.Pahwa, learned Advocate for the applicant and Mr.A.S.Vakil,
learned Advocate for contesting respondent No.4.

application is filed for revival of Civil Application No.8006 of 2007
and to decide and dispose of the same on merits. Present application
is not seriously opposed by the learned Advocate appearing on behalf
of the respective respondents. Hence, present application is allowed
and Civil Application No.8006 of 2007 is restored to file. Rule is
made absolute accordingly to the aforesaid extent. Registry is
directed to notify Civil Application No.8006 of 2007 in Special Civil
