The
matter was mentioned in the morning that husband of petitioner in
Special Civil Application No.15832 of 2010 has filed another petition
being Special Civil Application No.15874 of 2010, viz. the present
petition for the same relief. Therefore, the papers were called for
and the papers are received from the Registry.
2. The
matter is taken up for consideration. The petitioner in this
petition has sought the same relief as is sought by the petitioner in
Special Civil Application No.15832 of 2010. For the same reasons,
viz. absence of any reason in the petition seeking condonation of
delay, the order passed by the Gujarat State Cooperative Tribunal,
Ahmedabad is found to be in order and it does not warrant any
interference at the hands of this Court. Hence this petition is
dismissed.
