Rule

Ms. Sejal Mandavia, learned advocate appearing for the respondent
waives service of rule.

As
regards the past payment, the recovery pursuant to the impugned order
is stayed. It is made clear that any deduction in the pay will be
subject to the result of these petitions. It ultimately the
petitioners succeed, the respondent authority shall pay the entire
amount within a period of three months from the date of the decision
of the petitions.
