Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed an application for disposal of the writ petition in terms of compromise. A copy of compromise has also been annexed with the application.
Learned Advocate General has no objection in allowing the application.
Consequently, application is allowed. Writ petition as well as stay application both are, accordingly, disposed off in terms of compromise.
