both by ordinary process and registered cover since Sri Ajay Kumar

Mathur counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner died during the

pendency of the writ application.

As per the order dated 12.12.2008, Mr. Manoj Madhav

was directed to take steps to inform the petitioner or his heirs but was

not successful to contacting them. It is proper that the notices should

go through the Court.
