respondent-State Bank in which it is stated that the amount

due and payable by the petitioner along with interest and

legal charges as on 17.7.2010 is Rs. 1,98,612.59/-.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for one

week time regarding a fair proposal for clearing the dues in

the matter.
