order dated 9.3.2011.

For the reasons stated in the application and submissions

made in support thereof, the application is allowed. C.W.J.C. No.

4476 of 2011 is restored to its original file and number subject to

payment of a cost of Rs. 200/- with the Patna High Court Legal

Aid Committee within 10 days and filing receipt thereof.
