Learned
advocate Shri PR Nanavati makes a request for time for filing
affidavit, as the file was delivered to him recently. Learned
advocate for the petitioner has strong objection, as the order dated
8/9/2011 is clear with regard to the affidavit, if any, to be filed
by the respondent. This Court is of the view that, time as requested
for is required to be granted and therefore same is granted. Matter
may come up on 7/10/2011. No further time will be granted. In case
the reply affidavit is not filed, then also the matter shall be
proceeded on 7/10/2011.
