is no material.

The contention is that the FIR itself

recites some quarrel between the deceased and

the petitioner some times prior to the incident.

Regard being had to the facts and the

contention, let the above named petitioner be

released from custody on furnishing bond of Rs.

10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the

like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief

Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in Fatehpur P.S.Case

no.144 of 2007.
