This writ petition is directed against the order dated 21.3.1994,
passed by the trial court rejecting the amendment application as
well as the revisional order. When the writ petition was presented
as fresh on 9.10.1995 no interim order was passed. There is
nothing on the record which may go to indicate that the suit
proceedings are still pending even after 15 years. The petition
appears to have lost its efficacy due to efflux of time and
accordingly stands dismissed.
