It is contended by learned counsel for the appellants that the maximum
sentence of three years has been awarded. The appellants are on
interim bail. They were on bail during pendency of the trial also, they
have not misused the liberty of bail.
Let the appellants Ramveer Singh, Naunihal Singh, Ghunendra Singh
and Shuveer convicted in S.T.No. 197 of 2005 ( Case Crime No. 359 of
1998) under sections 147, 332, 353, 504 I.P.C. Police Station Kotwali
Nagar, District Bulandshahar be released on bail on their furnishing a
personal bond and two heavy sureties each in the like amount to the
satisfaction of the Court concerned.
The realization of fine shall remain stayed during the pendency of the
appeal.
