Heard learned counsel for the parties.
This Court passed an order on 25.8.2009 directing the opposite parties to
clarify the vacancy position and to file better affidavit as prayed by the
learned Standing Counsel. Thereafter on two dates the same request was
repeated and time was sought by the learned Standing counsel. Even today
learned Standing Counsel states that letters were written to the opposite
parties, but the officers are not responding and neither any details are being
furnished by the concerned opposite parties so as to file better affidavit.
In this view of the matter, let notice be issued to opposite party no.7, Sri
Surendra Yadava, Deputy Collector, Harriya, District Basti to appear before
this Court on 22.2.2010.
