2. 30.8.2010 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the

offence under Sections 307, 324 and 447 of the Indian Penal

Code.

Considering that the petitioner has been refused bail

by an order dated 23.1.2010 vide Cr.Misc.No.1450 of 2010 and I

see no reason to review my earlier order since just because a

certain number of witnesses have been examined.

The prayer for bail is once again rejected.
