Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that in pursuance of an
advertisement, the petitioner submitted her application alognwith a bank
draft, but the said application has been rejected inter alia on the ground
that the bank draft has not been enclosed alongwith the said application.
Further, he submits that the quality point marks of the petitioner is 204.5
in the category of ‘Shiksha Mitra’, while quality point marks of lowest
selected candidate is 198.

In view of above, learned Standing Counsel is directed to produce the
relevant record on 21.7.2010.
