ORAL
ORDER

(Per
: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI)

Heard
learned Senior Advocate Mr. Kaushik Pujara with Mr. Pushpadatta Vyas
for the appellants.

This
group of appeals are filed against an interim order passed by
learned Single Judge dated 10/8/2010, wherein learned Single Judge
has issued rule and not granted interim relief, but notice as to
interim relief is made returnable on 7/9/2010.

Taking
into consideration the nature of the controversy involved in the
matter, it would be open for the learned advocate for the petitioner
to request before the learned Single Judge that the entire matter be
heard on that day.

In
view of the observations made in Letters Patent Appeals, learned
advocate for the appellants does not press the appeals. Hence the
appeals are dismissed as having not been pressed.

No
order in civil applications in view of the order of dismissal of
appeals.

Registry
to maintain copy of this order in each of the appeals.
