By means of the instant writ petition the petitioners have prayed
for a writ of mandamus restraining the respondents from
interfering with liberty of the petitioners in any manner and
restrain the police party from visiting the house of the petitioners
everyday in the interest of justice
The petitioners may approach the D.I.G., Jaunpur concern. The
D.I.G., Jaunpur who shall take steps on the application of the
petitioners and pass appropriate order for the security and safety of
the petitioner and his family members.
Petitioner is also at liberty to lodge any criminal complaint or file
FIR whichever is required under the law to the Police and in case
of refusal may make appropriate application before the appropriate
court of criminal law by way of applications under section 155 or
156 of the Criminal Procedure Code.
It is made clear that in the event any FIR has been lodged, it will
be open for the police authorities to proceed in accordance with
law.
With the aforesaid direction the writ petition is disposed of finally.
