4/ 1.4.2011 Heard learned counsel for the parties on the prayer of the

appellant for bail after receipt of the lower court records.

Regard being had to the statement of the victim which has

been discussed in paragraph 10 of the judgment, let appellant

Ranjeet Kumar alias Bhualia, during the pendency of the appeal, be

released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10000/(ten thousand)

with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Additional District and Sessions Judge – VIII, Patna in S.T. No.

1127 of 2009 / 1678 of 2009.

As regards the sentence of fine, realization thereof shall

remain stayed during the pendency of the appeal.
