has been filed by the learned Advocate, Rabi Bhushan Rabi in the

same on behalf of one Ranjit Bind, which is Cr. Misc. No.1897/2011.

It appears that the said person is different as parentages are different.

Let office check up this fact which was brought to the

notice of the office but not looked into and list thereafter.
