3. 25.10.2011. It appears that in the last portion of the order dated
18.10.2011, the name of the concerned court has been typed as
Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad, in place of A.D.J.,
Benipur, Darbhanga and the P.S. Case Number has been typed
as Jehanabad P.S. Case No.304 of 2008 in place of Biraul P.S.
Case No.166 of 2010.
Let the aforesaid error be corrected and the name of
the concerned court be read as Addl. Sessions Judge., Benipur,
Darbhanga, in place of Judicial Magistrate, 1 st Class,
Jehanabad, and the P.S. Case number be read as Biraul
P.S.Case No.166 of 2010 in place of Jehanabad P.S. Case
No.304 of 2008.
The order dated 18.10.2011 is modified to the
aforesaid extent only.
Let this order be communicated to the court
concerned through FAX at the cost of the petitioner.
