                             J U D G M E N T

The claim is for scale of pay attached to the post of

Headmaster. Since the petitioners are appointed after 8.9.1988,

the issue is covered against the petitioners by the decision of this

court reported in Annet D’ Cunha v. State of Kerala [2004(1)

KLT 161]. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed.
