: This is an application for quashing the order dated
11.8.2006 passed in criminal revision no. 12 of 2004 by Additional
District and Sessions Judge, FTC, Lohardaga and also order dated
2.7.2004 passed in Maintenance Case No. 24 of 2002 by learned Chief
Judicial Magistrate, Lohardaga.

From perusal of both the impugned orders, I find that both the
courts below had passed orders for which they gave sound reasons.

Under the said circumstance, I am not inclined to interfere with
the said orders.

Accordingly, this Cr.M.P. is dismissed.
