                               O R D E R

The defacto complainant’s father Shri. Nazir,

husband Raasi Thoufeeque and their counsel are present.

After discussions, the parties agreed to settle these

cases on the following conditions. (1) The petitioner-

husband Raasi Thoufeeque will pay to the defacto

complainant (Yasmin) an amount of Rs.10,00,000/-

(Rupees ten lakhs only) by draft drawn on a bank at

Thiruvananthapuram within one month, in full settlement

of the disputes between the parties. (2)On such

payment, the petitioner will pronounce ‘Talaq’ in the

presence of the representatives of the ‘Mahal’

Committees of both parties at Balaramapuram Town Muslim

Jama Ath. (3)The petitioner – father Raasi Thoufeeque

will have visitorial rights and may visit the child

twice in a month at the defacto complainant,s house or

at any place mutually agreed by them. (4) The Crime

No.541/2009 of Balaramapuram Police Station will be

withdrawn by the defacto complainant on payment of the

amount. For this the defacto complainant will give an

additional statement before the investigating officer

reporting this settlement. After complying with these

directions, the parties will report compliance before

this Adalat on 15/02/2010. Both parties will sign the

above conditions and place before this Adalat. Issue

copies to both sides.
