On the request of learned Standing Counsel, list this matter on 20th
May, 2010 in order to enable him to produce all original records after
obtaining the same from the State Government, on the basis whereof,
M.D. Jain Intermediate College Agra has been declared to be minority
institution. If the records are not so produced on the next date, the
Secretary, Secondary Education, U.P. Government at Lucknow shall
remain present before this Court with all relevant records.
