2 12-10-2011 Issue notice to Opposite Party No.2 by ordinary process as
also by registered post with A/D to show cause as to why the
prayer made on behalf of the petitioner in this application for grant
of anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No. 653
(C)/ 2011, pending in the court of C.J.M., Patna, be not granted.
Requisites for issuance of notice must be filed within one week
from today, failing which this application shall stand rejected
without further reference to a Bench.
List this case immediately after receipt of the service report
or on appearance of Opposite party no.2, whichever is earlier.
In the meantime, for a period of three months or till disposal
of the present case, whichever is earlier, no coercive steps shall be
taken against the petitioner in connection with aforesaid complaint
case.
