In pursuance of the order passed by this Court on
24.2.2010, learned Govt. Counsel has produced the corpus –
Soniya in person before us.
We have ascertained the desire of corpus – Soniya.
It is stated by her that she is 24 years of age and already
married with the petitioner and wants to go with her husband.
The father of corpus – Soniya, present in person, is also not
disputing that the corpus – Soniya is major. We have recorded
the statement of corpus – Soniya in which she has stated that
she is major and married with the petitioner. Therefore, after
ascertaining her desire, we are of the opinion that corpus is
major and she is free to go as per her desire.

In this view of the matter, this habeas corpus
petition is allowed. The corpus is desirous to go with her
husband, therefore, corpus is free to go with her husband – Ravi
Kumar Jajot and Mr. Hiralal Meena, Sub-Inspector, who has
produced corpus before us is directed to provide proper security
to corpus till she reaches her matrimonial home.
