3. 15.10.2011 It is not in dispute that against the order dated 22 nd

of November, 2002 passed in Encroachment Case No.1 of 2001-02, an

appeal has been preferred vide Miscellaneous Case No.1 of 2003, which

is pending for hearing.

In this view of the matter, this application need not

proceed. The contempt proceeding is, accordingly, dropped. The M.J.C.

application, thus, stands disposed of.
