Petitioner and co-accused Ajay took

informant’s vehicle on hire for Chapra which was

taken by informant’s son but did not return nor

the vehicle came back, later dead body of

informant’s son was found in a well, according

to learned counsel, near the house of co-accused

that goes to show that act was of the persons

who had hired the vehicle and petitioner is one

of them.

Hence, prayer for bail on behalf of

petitioner is rejected.

However, the trial is directed to be

expedited.
