application has been filed for restoration of Appeal from Order
No.273 of 1996, which was dismissed for default for non-removal of
office objections on 10.02.2005.

this application was filed on 4th April 2005, it was not

to revive the appeal from order. This application is liable to be
dismissed and is dismissed accordingly.
