The next friend is present in person. It is said that the marriage was performed
on 09.10.2009 at a temple in Rae Bareli. On the basis of the marksheet
(Annexure-3) a certificate the girl has attained the age of majority.

Let notice be issued to opposite party no.4 to produce the detenue (Ravinder
Kaur) or to show cause before this Court on 11.03.2010.
