Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Affidavit of compliance filed today is taken on record.

From the affidavit of compliance, it is evident that in compliance of the order
of this Court the representation of the petitioner has been decided vide order
dated 30.1.2010 by a speaking and reasoned order.

In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in this
contempt petition. It is accordingly dismissed. However, it will be open for
the petitioner to challenge the aforesaid order before appropriate forum.
