Kurian Joseph, J.

This is a petition to permit the petitioner to

surrender before the Judicial First Class Magistrate I,

Nedumangad, otherwise than through police. Pursuant to our

direction in W.P.(Crl) 344/08, the petitioner is now staying with

her parents. Therefore, the Sub Inspector of Police, Palode

need not pursue crime No.327/08 registered as a woman missing

case.

In the result, further proceedings in crime No.327/08 of

Palode Police Station are closed and the Criminal Miscellaneous

Case is disposed of.
