W.P.(C).No.25320 of 2009 extending the time fixed in

Annexure A1 judgment by a period of two weeks from

today, no orders are called for in this contempt case at

present . It is accordingly closed, reserving liberty with

the petitioner to move this Court, if the occasion arises in

future.
