                               JUDGMENT

The petitioners are BAMS students in the Vaidyaratnam

P.S.Warrier Ayurveda College, Kottakkal. Apparently, they were not

able to clear certain papers in the third professional examination

(Final year supplementary examination) in June, 2008. Thereafter, the

petitioners sought for revaluation of their answer paper in November,

2008. Their grievance is that the result of the revaluation has not

been published so far. Therefore, they are not in a position to

complete their internship. Taking note of the facts and circumstances

of the case, I think it is appropriate that the result of the revaluation

will be published at the earliest.

2. In the result, the writ petition is disposed of directing the

respondents to publish the results of the revaluation sought for by the

petitioners within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this

judgment.
