Title: Regarding passages of the National Housing Bank (Amendment) Bill, 2000 and the Major Port Trusts (Amendment) Bill, 2000.*H
SECRETARY-GENERAL: Sir, I have to report the following messages received from the Secretary-General of Rajya Sabha :-
“In accordance with the provisions of rule 111 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Rajya Sabha, I am directed to enclose a copy of the National Housing Bank (Amendment) Bill, 2000 which has been passed by the Rajya Sabha at its sitting held on the 10th May, 2000.”
“In accordance with the provisions of rule 111 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Rajya Sabha, I am directed to enclose a copy of the Major Port Trusts (Amendment) Bill, 2000 which has been passed by the Rajya Sabha at its sitting held on the 10th May, 2000.”
Sir, I also lay on the Table the National Housing Bank (Amendment) Bill, 2000 and the Major Port Trusts (Amendment) Bill, 2000 as passed by Rajya Sabha on the 10th May, 2000.
