3. 22.12.2010 Mr. Ajay Kumar for the petitioner, and Mr. Vinay

Kirti Singh for the Bihar State Electricity Board, are present.

Learned counsel for the Board submits that the Board’s

appeal against the judgment in question has been rejected by

a Division Bench of this Court. In that view of the matter, as

prayed for by him, six weeks’ time is granted to comply with

the order and report compliance by filing a show-cause to

make payment as contemplated by order. The affidavit shall

be accompanied by a copy of the order of the appeal court.

Put up after two months. The time in the

meanwhile may be utilised by the parties for completion of

pleadings.
