14. 07.07.2010 Heard learned counsel representing both the parties

on the respective petition filed by them seeking adjournments in

this appeal in the light of clause 3.11 of scheme of Joint Internal

Dispute Resolution Panel (J.I.D.R.P.) it is submitted that the

dispute between the parties may be resolved amicably as per

the scheme aforementioned.

It is expected that if steps in regard to resolution of the

disputes are taken expeditiously it may possibly be resolved

within three months. With this expectation, let this appeal be

listed under the same heading after three months or even

before on the information given by either of the sides stating

result of the step taken by them.
